On December 5, 2023, the Cluster Sofia Knowledge City held a seminar on talents and competencies in the media and creative industries. 

At the end of the last century, creative industries became the strategic engine for growth, for creating new jobs and for strengthening the culture of societies in developed countries. The contribution of these industries to the GDP of most European countries is invariably between 2% and 5%, and their contribution to the creation of entrepreneurship in Europe is one of the most significant.

In pursuit of the knowledge city dream at the Christmas time we wish our members, partners, and supporters a Merry Christmas, peace and prosperity in the New Year 2024.

Between 13^th and 15^th of November a team of GO GREEN executed the second study visit, this time in Bilbao, hosted by the partner Politeknika Txorierri. It was a real success and we had the opportunity to visit the school and some of their partner companies in order to better understand how VET and work-based learning are organized in their region. 

The main topic on focus was cultivating green skills of students and employees, and respectively the impact and contribution of the GO GREEN results and project as a whole.
