Green skills in VET through work based learning
This online event focuses on empowering green skills in vocational education and training.The conference is organized by our partner IDEC, Greece and is to present the main results of the GoGreen project and their relationship to GreenComp.The event is focused also on how the main results of GoGreen are to be integrated into apprenticeship processes. In the phe program of the event are included presentation the best pilot cases and guidance on next steps and resources needed to implement sustainable green practices.
Below is the program for the event:
1. Virtual Check-in & Welcome (5 minutes)
- Time: 11:30 AM – 11:35 AM
- Platform: Zoom
- Facilitator: Conference Host
- Overview: Attendees log in, check audio/video settings. The host gives a brief welcome and outlines the conference agenda.
2. Opening Remarks & Keynote: The GoGreen Erasmus+ Project (15 minutes)
- Time: 11:35 AM – 11:50 AM

- Overview: A presentation on the project and its connection to Greencomp
3. Presentation: Main deliverables of the project (20 minutes)
- Time: 11:50 AM – 12:10 PM
- Platform: Zoom Webinar (with live chat for audience Q&A)
- Speaker: IDEC, Greece
- Panelists: Partner Representatives
- Overview: Discussion on how GoGreen’s main deliverables are integrated in the planned apprenticeships. Q&A session using the chat or live audience questions.
4. Session: Piloting Case Studies (15 minutes)
- Time: 12:10 PM – 12:25 PM
- Platform: Zoom Webinar (with live chat for audience Q&A)
- Speaker: C.I.O.F.S. FORMAZIONE PROFESSIONALE
- Overview: Presentation on the best piloting cases and practices. Q&A session using the chat or live audience questions.
5. Virtual Networking Break (10 minutes)
- Time: 12:25 PM – 12:35 PM
- Platform: Zoom Webinar
- Overview: A short break for attendees to relax, network in the chat or simply stretch.
6. Interactive Session: Audience Engagement using the Self-assessment tool (15 minutes)
- Time: 12:35 PM – 12:50 PM
- Platform: Polling tool (Zoom Polls, Slido, etc.)
- Facilitator: Conference Host
- Overview: Engage the audience with using one of the deliverables of the project with real-time feedback. Audience shares insights via chat or Q&A.
7. Closing Presentation: Roadmap to a Sustainable Future (10 minutes)
- Time: 12:50 PM – 1:00 PM

- Overview: Recap of key takeaways from the event, along with actionable next steps and resources for attendees to implement sustainable practices.
8. Post-Conference Q&A & Networking (Optional, 15 minutes)
- Time: 1:00 PM – 1:15 PM
- Platform: Open Chat
- Overview: Optional Q&A session for further engagement with speakers and participants, or additional networking time in smaller breakout rooms.
