Growyze team shares their 2025 progress

The Growyze team reports

As 2025 draws to a close, the team of growyze - member of CSKC is excited to share their 2025 progress.

This year has seen growyze achieve remarkable recognition and validation:

  • Best of UK Small Business Awards Winner - Disruptor Product of 2025
  • BASA Top List - Public vote recognition
  • Listed in the Top 100 UK Startups Index 2025
  • The Spectator Economic Innovator of the Year 2025 - Finalist
  • London Startup Awards (Hospitality, Tourism & Events) - Top 5 Finalist

2025 has also been about maintaining and converting momentum under constraint. Operating with a very lean, founder-led team, we sustained strong inbound growth, achieving triple digit growth over the past three years, signalling strong PMF & demand traction. The team has focused on deepening the product to serve more complex customers globally, strengthening the positioning with partners and investors, and ensuring operational efficiency.  With robust demand, increasing customer engagement, and accelerating external validation, growyze is well-positioned to turn this momentum into scalable growth in 2026. They’re entering the new year energised, with clear priorities and a strong foundation for the next stage of expansion.

For greater visibility, they have launched their Crowdcube campaign, opening the opportunity for a wider community to join then at this exciting inflection point. It would be greatly appreciated to spread the word by sharing the campaign with your network

Below is a snapshot of key highlights, challenges, and what they are building in the months ahead.

Highlights

  • Capital-efficient traction sustained - inbound customer growth and site expansions continued throughout 2025, reinforcing the strength of growyze’s organic demand engine;
  • Product depth advancing toward scale - key improvements delivered, closing gaps for larger, more operationally complex hospitality groups
  • Strategic technical partnership secured to support the continuous growth of the platform and implementation of AI
  • Clear path to acceleration in 2026 - roadmap, priority partnerships, and scaling requirements are defined
  • Customer-led execution on the ground - direct site visits with customers including Birleys and Padel Social Club to deepen relationships, gather operational insight, and drive adoption.

Challenges:

  • Capacity - not demand - remains their primary constraint. Operating with a lean team limits speed across product development, onboarding, and sales conversion. Despite this, organic inbound demand continues to exceed their current bandwidth
  • Strong interest from high-quality brands - demand is clearly validated, and they expect conversion rates to improve materially once the team expands on tech integrations
