3rd Transnational InvestTech Project Meeting & Study Visit - Greece

The INVETech COVE consortium successfully held its third transnational project meeting and study visit in Greece, organized by IDEC S.A., between 10 and 11 February 2026, bringing together the partners in this project to strengthen cooperation, exchange experiences, and develop innovations in vocational education and training (VET).

During two intensive days, the partners reviewed the progress of the project and planned the next steps on key work packages, including:

🔹 Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in the ICT sector
🔹 International cooperation and digital platforms
🔹 Advanced technology skills and online learning
🔹 Innovation, entrepreneurship, and green transition in VET
🔹 Ensuring quality, dissemination, and long-term sustainability

Our representatives, Dr. Milena Koleva and Prof. Antoaneta Kirova, also actively participated in the meeting and visit and delivered working presentations.

📍 On February 12, a study visit was held at the NCSR "DEMOKRITOS" campus in Athens, focused on collaboration between academia and industry. Participants reviewed best practices, met with research and education units, and viewed facilities showcasing innovation, digital technologies, and science outreach initiatives. This gathering marked an important milestone for INVESTech, strengthening partnerships and uniting forces to build a more innovative, inclusive, and sustainable VET ecosystem across Europe.
