The results from the Open Call 1
The evaluation of the applications submitted by startups and scale-ups from all over Europe at the Open Call 1 of Media Motor Europe has been completed.
Out of 86 applications submitted by 30 countries, 20 startups from 14 countries, including Bulgaria, were selected to join the MME accelerator six-month program.
An international group of professional mentors and experts will support the program.
The program will start in early September 2020 and is to be implemented by 4 innovative hubs of the media and creative industries in Bulgaria (Sofia), Norway (Bergen), Greece (Thessaloniki), and Belgium (Brussels).
The hubs will be working in a network. Under the program, the four innovation hubs will collaborate through the exchange of experience, information, technology, capacity, business models, and good practices for the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the media and creative industries in Europe.
